Nutritional Counseling

Therapeutic Massage

Our Therapists are available M-F 7:30am-5:30pm. Late day massages are available with advance notice. Services offered are:

Pilates

Sessions are available in blocks of 5 or 10. Payment is due in advance of your first session.

*There is a 24 HOUR CANCELLATION Policy for these sessions. If we do not receive 24 hours notice, you will lose a session. If you do cancel with 24 hours notice, it is your responsibility to reschedule the missed session within the dates of your package or your session will be lost.

**Blocks of sessions have the following expiration dates:

5 Sessions – attending 1x a week = 6 week expiration
10 Sessions – attending 2x a week = 6 week expiration
10 Sessions – attending 1x a week = 11 week expiration

Package expiration dates may be extended with 2 weeks PRIOR notice and approval by Spinal Care Staff. Acceptable reasons for extension are: hospitalization, injury, emergencies, pre-arranged vacations.
